Deposits:

We require a 30% non-refundable deposit via credit card (we accept Visa and Mastercard) in order to be able to confirm an activity at specific dates.

The balance is due on the first day of your reserved activity.

Charges to your card:

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your reserved activity can be confirmed - this is normally within 24 hours of sending your reservation to us.

Prices and exchange rates:

Prices are quoted in US dollars but charges are made in Mexican Pesos.

We use the Scotiabank Inverlat rate of the day, so that your bank statement reflects as closely as possible the published US dollar price.

Cancellations and changes:

Once you receive our confirmation your reservation is guaranteed. In order to maintain our commitment to all of our customers, Eladam SA de CV/Caveheaven operates a strict cancellation policy.

If advised in writing 61 days or more before the activity starting date, we will reschedule your services at mutually convenient dates within 12 months of your original arrival date.

If advised in writing within 60 days before the activity starting date (includes no shows), alternative services may be provided at our exclusive discretion.

No deposits are refunded.
