Puerto Aventuras is situated in the CAVE HEAVEN of Riviera Maya since the first cave is reachable in 5 minutes with a car and the furthest one will be 40 minutes..not too bad,eh?

There are several all-inclusive hotels (Catalonia Riviera Maya, Omni, Dreams) and a wide variety of condos.

Our condo building is located at the end of a quiet, no-through road about a 10 minute walk from the shops and restaurants of Puerto Aventuras.

The units are 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, with Italian granite-finished kitchen and large living room, big windows overlooking the golf course and terrace/relax area.

The units are suitable for singles, couples, a family or a group of friends.

The nearest beach in within a 10 minute walk or choose a 15 minutes walk to the marina and shopping center. If you are looking for a big fiesta, you can reach Playa Del Carmen in 20 minutes by car or bus.
